This Diploma´s thesis deals with complete analysis of company Vinařství LAHOFER, a.s. The thesis includes analyses of SLEPTE, Porter ´s five forces model, fundamental analysis, Kralicek ´s Quick test, chosen indexes of finance analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

The subject of this thesis is to analyse the actual state of vegetable and microgreens market in Czechia and set a solid foundation for establishment of a microgreens business. The outcome of the thesis is supported by findings from analytic tools such as SLEPTE, SWOT, Porter´s Five Forces model and Lean canvas. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms regarding entrepreneurship, startups, and basic explanation of analytical tools. The outcome of the work is to assess all the acquired data and evaluate feasibility of the business plan.

The bachelor thesis is focuses on proposal of Entrepreneurial Intention of Investment Activity for real company. Describes a general structure of business plan, its types and specifies the most used analysis. Based on theoretical knowledges the practical analysis of company surrounding is included. In the last part of this thesis there is specified an investment plan, its main advantages and risks. In the conclusion there is a final decision about realization of proposed investment.

The master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of financial health of Flexistav s. r. o. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, analysis of current situation and own suggestions. Theoretical part is focused on the description of the financial analysis, internal and external business environment. The part of analysis of current situation contains the application of essential methods to the analysis of financial situation of the company. For problematic areas are proposed possible solutions.
